OUR SERVICES
FULL SPINE CHIROPRACTIC MANIPULATION
We utilize the high-velocity, low-amplitude (HVLA) technique while performing Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy (CMT) treatments. HVLA is among the oldest and most frequently used chiropractic methods. This form of spinal manipulation uses a manual, hands-on approach that influences spine, joint and neurophysiological function.
SOFT TISSUE MOBILIZATION
When visiting our office for a Soft Tissue Mobilization treatment, you can expect us to use an Electrical Muscle Stimulation (ESTIM) device. The ESTIM machine sends gentle, electric pulses through the skin to calm you down and warm up your muscles.
ULTRASOUND THERAPY
Ultrasound Therapy is a noninvasive technique that uses high energy acoustic (sound) waves to promote tissue healing and relieve pain.
RADIAL PRESSURE WAVE (RPW) THERAPY
Radial Pressure Wave (RPW) Shockwave Therapy is a newer therapy that is healing many people of their soft tissue injuries. RPW is a ten minute treatment that reduces pain in many musculoskeletal conditions. It treats muscle and connective tissue pain by increasing blood flow and activating tissue repair. Typically, RPW is done in a series of treatments for maximum relief.
INSTRUMENT ASSISTED SOFT TISSUE MASSAGE
An Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage (IASTM) uses handheld tools to break down scar tissue and facial restrictions in a controlled manner to promote further healing.
PRENATAL CARE
Reduce nausea, lower back, neck and joint pain due to the biomechanical changes associated with pregnancy. Visiting us for a Prenatal Care treatment can result in an easier labor and delivery. Our treatment assists in managing pain and often results in less instances of back labor.
MIGRAINE RELIEF
When visiting us for a Migraine Treatment, cervical tension will be reduced while range of motion will be increased. Overall you will have an improvement in blood flow, bringing you quick relief.
HEALTHY LIFESTYLE / FITNESS EXPERTISE
There are several techniques we utilize when you visit us for Healthy Lifestyle / Fitness Expertise. Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is a method that allows you to stretch, relax, and contract against resistance to further achieve maximum flexibility. The Myofascial Release Technique (MRT) is a way to relax and heal damaged soft tissue and restricted muscles. Muscle adhesions are broken up with constant controlled pressure and movement. Lastly, the Active Release Technique (ART) is a manual, hands-on approach that relieves soft tissue tension by removing adhesions and therefore promotes blood flow and healing.
